The minimum number of participants in 10 people. If there are less of you and you would still like to book the workshop that is no problem but you will be charged for 10 participants.
There is no maximum number of participants. However, for groups larger than 30, please get in touch to discuss your requirements and ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
In the first instance send us an email with your preferred workshop, date, time, city and group number.
We will get back to you asap with our availability and a tailored quote.
We require a £5pp deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is non refundable, please make all participants aware of this.
You will receive a deposit invoice by email with BACs details attached.
If the workshop date is less than 28 days away we require the full amount to book the workshop.
The balance is due 14 days before the event.
You will receive a balance invoice by email with BACs details attached.
The payment is due within three days of receiving the balance invoice. We reserve the right to cancel workshops where the payment is not received. We will retain the deposit in this case.
The workshop fee includes all materials, equipment and tuition. In most cases it will also include travel.
We do not charge for travel within the city.
If your venue is in the surrounding areas there may be a charge for travel. You will be made aware of this charge in advance.
You can cancel up until 28 days before the workshop. Any deposits paid are non refundable.
Any cancellations after the final balance is paid will receive no refunds.
If you need to reschedule the workshop please give us as much notice as possible.
If you decide to reschedule within 28 of the workshop date, you will be charged an additional £60 admin fee.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances eg staff illness, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
If the workshop cannot take place we will refund the full fee or transfer your booking to another date if you prefer.
In these circumstances we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, expenses or disappointment.
You can amend the group number up until 14 days before the event.
Your deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
Minimum Charge - If your group size drops below 10 people, you will still be required to pay for a minimum of 10 people.
Our workshops are suitable for supervised children over 13 years of age. Please check in advance that they will be allowed into your chosen venue.
Workshops take 1.5 hours.
We recommend you all do the same craft in the workshop.

We can come to your chosen venue, whether it is a bar, restaurant, or somewhere you are staying. Please check with the venue beforehand to ensure they are happy for the workshop to take place. Each participant will need a table and chair space for the workshop. If you need any advice on venues in your location, please get in touch.
We would love you to craft with your favourite tipple.
However if you are planning on eating at the venue please do this before or after the workshops allotted time slot.
Our tutors may have other workshops scheduled before or after your time slot, so please ensure you are ready to start at your allotted time. If you are delayed, please contact the workshop tutor on the number provided. The workshop will finish at the previously confirmed end time.
In the rare occasion that the workshop leader is late due to unavoidable circumstances, they will endeavour to ensure your session length is unaffected. If there are any significant delays, we will inform you as soon as possible and make necessary adjustments.
Items made at our workshops are intended for personal use only and not for commercial use. If you wish to use the items for any other purpose, please get in touch to discuss further.
Our workshop leaders will endeavour to make sure all materials and equipment are used safely.
It is your responsibility to make sure participating individuals are able to take part in the workshop safely.
In the rare circumstance the workshop leader deems the participants too intoxicated to continue the workshop safely, they reserve the right to end the workshop with no refunds given.
